Return me to my netscape w/o 6-8 steps!
My original netscape address is essential to my earliest multiple accounts that can’t readily, or possibly, be changed. I was told to download AOL again, but I’m afraid important emails will be lost forever.

Pay for no advertisements
I am perfectly happy to pay you to stop advertisements. I had been a paying member to stop advertisements when it was offered, but was told the advertisement at the top of the inbox was out of AOL's control.

Email sort
The functionality was there like last month but now if I try to sort by most frequently received or by anything it says there is no mail. The sort feature just doesn’t work anymore please fix it!

Sort out not showing content of emails
Every month or so I cannot see the content of any of my emails. I click on any one and it will on,y show the header details, ie email addresses. I have to delete the app then reinstall it. That sorts it out but is a pain to do all the while. Please sort this out. Thank you in advance 🙏🏽

AOL app crashing in beta of iOS 16.1
I use the beta version of iOS 16.1 on my 6th generation IPad. it updated today and every time I open emails the AOL app crashes. I have 128 gb of memory and only use approx. 50 gb.

Need help mail app
I noticed all my emails in “new” and “old” mail was in my trash mail. So I moved it to my inbox and went through the painful process of deleting/unsubscribing to emails that I wanted deleted. Mad a folder for emails that I needed to do a deeper dive to review to see if I have previously looked at and delete. Now when I go back into the old mail a number of emails I moved and deleted show back up in my old mail folder. I can tell by the date/sender of the email.

Can’t find AOL icon
I can no longer find Aol icon on my iPhone?

Messages do not show any content on iPad iOS
I can usually read one or two messages and then the next message I try to open shows no content. I can continue to click down through messages and all of them are empty. If I wait 10-15 minutes and try again a few open fine and then it all starts over again. If the message is an ad, sometimes they show some text but all the pictures are blank. It’s very frustrating.

app doesn’t preview excel or word documents
Since changing to the AOL mail app for iOS, I’m unable to preview word or excel documents that come as attachments to incoming mail.
Can this functionality be restored? -

Why is it so hard to block spam messages
It’s beyond infuriating when aol & aol app allows people to send you spam emails from bogus fake email accounts that don’t even actually exist! The worst part is when you try to unsubscribe because that’s really the ONLY OPTION YOU GIVE US TO TRY TO GET RID OF SPAM! Since the email is visibly completely fake and the email to unsubscribe just bounces back into our inbox saying it couldn’t be delivered because the email doesn’t exist is so beyond frustrating! If we try to unsubscribe to something and the email can’t be delivered because it doesn’t exist then…
