  2. Fix the attachments issue

    Attachments don’t open anymore on my phones. I have to use the native iPhone app. I was on an iPhone 16 running ios18 and upgraded to iOS 26 and still won’t open. Just got the iPhone 17 on iOS 26 and still doesn’t work. Why?

  3. auto fill for contacts not working.

    when I type the first few letters of the email address or first name I used to get a drop down list of contacts. This is not working. I will have to stop paying for this service if this is not fixed.

  5. Since yo change I cannot delegate any messages. This needs to be fix.

  6. Can not login verification webpage disappearing

    Tried to log into my accounts and every time the verification webpage is disappearing when I come back to the webpage to put the verification code on to it so I think I won’t be using your email app ever again and just a note your mail application SUCKS a BIG ONE!!! And you have a horrible support service.

  7. Sending myself an email

    Dear AOL, on your new yellow AOL App, now when I send myself an email, and I delete the one in “Sent” but I keep the one in “Inbox” or I move the “Inbox” one to “Saved” — it now deletes BOTH of them, but I do not want to keep 2 copies of the same email. I also use Mail App for iPhone, so I refresh them both, and the emails all get deleted. But I am now forced to keep 2 same copies of emails or they will all get deleted.   8. Disaster after updating

    I updated aol mail at App Store as instructed. Ever since I have seen blank screens (all emails lost) and today a black screen. I have important emails in my accounts. Sometimes the emails appear after signin but most times they don’t. What did the update do??!!!

  9. No email notifications

    Suddenly the app isn’t notifying me of new incoming emails, why not? Please fix. Only receive notifications when I physically go to open the app.

  12. Problems attaching documents to emails

    I’m unable to attach documents to emails. This is a basic need for any email app. The only files I can attach are attachments previously received, or photos. I’m sure something has changed as it wasn’t always like this.

  16. Make the aol app mail only

    Have the option to remove the tabs at the bottom of the app so it’s only mail. Also have the ability to open links in mail I’m safary on iPhone.

  17. Search for email on iPhone stopped working

    The email magnifying glass search on my iPhone app won’t work. Instead it takes me to a screen that asks “ Enable smart features to see detailed contact cards Information won't be shared with 3rd parties” and seems to give two choices “Turn on”’or “Learn more” - but if I select turn on it still doesn’t let me search.
    This seems to be a recent issue. Seems to be an issue on iPhone but not iPad.

  18. Just installed ISO 18.1 on my Ipad, I can view my email but freezes when trying to return to home screen.

    Seems like a bug not addressed with 18.1 update. Update app. to work as previously intended.

  20. Recover a account

    My account is locked my password is not working and customer service is no help to recover a account I can’t verify my account due to a old number I have and all that customer service can do is say I can’t help you until you verify your account and I should have updated my account information. This is the worse customer service I ever had I am very disappointed with AOL. Customer service should be top priority and it’s not they are useless. How am I to verify my account if I can’t get on and change my information??…
