How about improving your customer service?
Hire people who are capable of individual thought. Solve your customers problem without all the "we are here to help", "I understand your problem" and the other nonsense.
Just fix the problem.

I received an email stating a phone number was added. After going thru security questions, the rep wanted to sell me something. All I wanted to know is who sent the message(aol or a hacker) or if the rep could tell me if a phone number was added ending in 2 digits. He said I could go and find out myself. Give me a break. That's not Customer Service. If I was validated than they should provide me answers not try to sell me something

I am so frustrated and hate this service! You have made it unusable!
I spend hours working with support and then am told to post it on Feedback and it will get fixed. But, I can't get a point across or create feedback because it's placed as comments under something elses feedback that isn't even related!! This is a waste of time! Please, do something better with this feedback system. PLEASE MAKE THESE TOOLS USABLE FOR US!!
You are selling services like My Privacy that are broken. I'm being billed $9.99 right now for something not activated.
You have too much politics and you take a position on it. You alien half your customers with Negative news on Trump and upset the others from sheer number of Trump articles.
Your support is extremely poor and takes a long time. I can't understand 95% of the people in Support from the extreme accents. I keep getting canned answers that don't address my issue or sent to read pages and pages of instructions that I found aren't related. It's pathetic! For the price we pay for support it should be English speaking and not take 30 minutes to reach.
The HAM Filter is terrible. I'm not saying the SP word because this will get placed again under that Feedback. You keep saying this filter has been changed, but it needs to be changed back!!

Try helpful representatives with some patience with those that aren't always as computer literate as some and get rid of the condescending ones that don't value AOL customers.

AOL hung up on me and refused to help solve a problem they helped to create. Called corporate waiting for a response yes, I know the chances are slim.

I needed to reset my password.. was having trouble doing it online! The supervisor was so disrespectful and rude!! Did not end up helping me, yet made me more frustrated than I was to start with. Told me to call back in 24 hours. I called right back, a woman was able to help me without a problem. Idk how aol still has customers, let alone paying customers!! Absolutely terrible. I'm sure this will be passed by and disregarded... ??

your Indian tech's support guy's are the hackers and trying to make money from people by fooling them.
They are blocking my email all the time in Yahoo and here in aol too. I bloody fed up with that when aol does not let me sign in. Also they are trying to invade my privacy asking for mobile number etc.

I have a technical question and phoned the AOL customer service line then selecting technical support for which I currently pay around $4 per month.
After being on hold for 33 minutes I gave up. -

remove or reassign employees from other countries Send them to english classes. trying to work with them is frustrating and time consuming. hire americans who are quaified.

After spending too much time on the phone trying to resolve a problem, the "helper" was not a helper. Could not help in any way. I am discussed. Aol is not customer service people.
