Thank you for contacting us. We are happy to try to help and apologize for the inconvenience. If the local information on your homepage is incorrect (such as the weather report for a different location), please try these two solutions:
#1. Verify your location. This can be done by making sure your correct City, State is in the top left of your Welcome Screen. If it is not, please click “Update Your Location” under Local News and Weather, enter your Zip Code and press Save. Then try going to Weather.aol.com to see if this information is aligned with our weather source Weather.com.
#2. Clear cache, cookies, history, and footprints in your browser then repeat the instructions about in #1.

got tired of the vertical weather overlapping other ****** items on the weather page. seems like there is little weather ever shown but plenty of travel and shopping ****. shouldn't be called 'aol weather', more like 'aol **** no one cares about with a little weather thrown in to fool you' page. your weather reporting is mediocre at best. you don't show details on anything but that particular hour. many of us need to know how long it is maybe going to rain, snow, be windy & how strong the winds are. not showing any sort of weather reports until when it's happening does squat in the middle of the night when it's too late to prepare. FIX YOUR **** SITE OIR JUST F*CKING GET RID OF IT!

my full weather forecast not working even after trouble- shooting with live help and email response. Local shows (44139) but when going to full forecast only shows current temperature, nothing else. Followed all steps in email response. Live help could not figure it out and suggested this avenue. Very frustrating. Thanks for any help.

At 6 pm on 3/10 you show a rain forecast yet the hourly forecasts show zero percent chance the rest of the day.

this is the second day of the page only showing the 'some' weather at whatever time it is. the rest of the weather is only just icons vertically down the page over lapping whatever else is on the page.

Why are you forecasting rain when the hourly forecast shows zero percent chance? You do this almost every day.

The weather for Raeford NC comes up as like 9 degrees. I have lived here for over 30 years and it has never been that cold here. I have daffodils blooming and I can assure you it is not that cold here and probably never has except in the ice ages and that was before computers existed.

Your weather channel says it is 9 degrees with high today of 11 degrees. while in reality it is currently 50 degrees here in Henderson Nevada and raining.

ON Dec 1 you show a thunderstorm icon at 7 pm yet the hourly forecasts show a zero chance of rain the rest of the day. How do you reconcile this?

from noon on today the forecast icon has been a rain cloud, yet the hourly forecast shows the sun icon for each hour. If you can't do weather correctly, don't do it at all.

You show a 46% chance of rain at this hour but the hourly forecasts for the rest of the day show 0% rain.
