How about improving your customer service?
Hire people who are capable of individual thought. Solve your customers problem without all the "we are here to help", "I understand your problem" and the other nonsense.
Just fix the problem.

have been an aol user for years and am about to quit you. I waited an hour for help yesterday and another hour for help today. I pay extra for aol assist and do not feel I am getting what I pay for. This needs to improve or I am out of here. Please reply

When a customer pays $199 for Assist by AOL, you could answer the phone so the customer can by assisted. ESPECIALLY when AOL employee Michael Lawrence deletes my files while assuring me he will not. Then when I try to contact AOL for assistance, I wait on hold for hours (literally HOURS).

While on the phone, with clearly an outsourced associate, I think it would be beneficial to implement call trainings. The associate Christopher was so focused on reading his handbook, that he did not listen to what was being said. An intelligent associate would have thought around the problem and came up with a solution. Come on AOL, so disappointed! And he told me he couldn't not transfer me because he was a supervisor. Now I'm sure thats not in the handbook.

I called technical support to ask if my email problem was on your end. He was unable to help me, but for ~$10/month he xfered me to Pam. She could not fix my problem but she screwed up my desktop so I spent $100 for a local person to put it back to the way it was before Pam

Do your *** understand the English language. Do you know what "Slam" and "Viral" mean. Everything AOL posts involves slamming and going viral....you suck.
