    Hello! I have had AOL since the 1990s! I just wanted to tell you that I HATE the yellow! Please make the app blue again!

  2. Can't enter comments into News articles on AOL Web Site.

    I was working with tech support and their solution to my problem was to submit it to the customer feedback. So here we go:

    I am logged into aol and was trying to comment on an article. after entering in my comments I noticed a blue button that said "Log In", I was already logged in but I clicked the button any way. That closed the comments including my new comment and sent me to the top of the page. Several things were tried but nothing they asked me to do or anything they did when the accessed my PC…

    Comments are suddenly being labeled "may violate community guidelines" regardless of content. It started 12/24/24. Many other people have complained in comments. You can still read them if you click view. Something is obviously broken at the censor source and needs to be fixed

  8. Please change the icon for the mobile app back to blue and white

    A recent update changed the logo from the blue and white that had been standard since the 90s to yellow and black. It's weird and I hate it. Please change it back to blue and white.

  9. Crusor keeps jumping out of comments box while typing comment.

    While trying to type a new comment after news articles, i keep getting booted out of the comment box while typing. When i get kicked out, the page jumps up. I have to scroll back to the box, click in the box and start typing again, only to have it happen over and over. Started last week, Cleared browser, no pop up blockers, no extensions. Very annoying to say the least !

  14. AOL says that they don't censor but you keep censoring my comments.

    Aol keep censoring my comments even tough they say in their community guidelines that they don't. All I said on an article about twin babies was "adorable" one single word and it was rejected because it doesn't fit in with community guidelines?? I asked for an appeal and it was still rejected.

    Wondering why I can not post a comment. No explanation. I have been a member of AOL since dial-up. Other comments are uglier and hurtful & full of false info, but I can't comment.

  18. Why is there no reason for comment appeal being denied?

    How is working a 2nd job or working double shifts against community standards or offensive? And then my appeal is denied with a threat that if I continue to appeal I may be stopped from commenting? I pay for my AOL service and have been with you since 1.0 yet you discriminate like this? Do I need to start calling AOL customer service about this? Your guidelines say you do not censor but that is a lie.

  20. I am pleading with AOL to allow the blocking or deleting FOX from my newsfeed. They seem to have taken over the site.

    Fox seems to be taking over my newsfeed. They are not a news source, they are an extension of Trump.
    If I wanted to subscribe to Fox that’s one thing but I’m disgusted that I don’t have that option with AOL.
    It seems as though a large number of AOL users feel the same.
