You need more options for AOL Help.
I don't use Twitter or Facebook. Have AOL Help available at the AOL Website and make it useful.

People utilized the older AOL because it met their needs. When someone sends photos and I want to forward 1 or 2 - there is no way to do it
Return to the old format! Please! I refer to previous emails that are stored, and now they are not available. I know it's Tues or Wed, you don't have to tell us! The photo "preview" is horrendous. Can't delete and have to open each one to see. A photo of a foot? Really?

Bring back the old format. Attachments get lost in the new format. It's IMPOSSIBLE to easily conduct an email search!

Can you transfer me to supervisor - "NO" - we are not allowed to transfer,what suspicious activity? "I can't say, it has been bumped up and someone will call you in 3-5 days.

Better help on phone calls for help
My Favorites folder lost all of my folders ever since the "upgrade" to email. Called help and got some one who cannot speak english very well then my call was disconnected. Needless to say I got no help and still do not have my folders. I've been a member since 1997.

AOL emails diverted to "Recently Deleted...
I have been finding many emails that have gone directly to "Recently deleted." Perhaps this is better than going to "SPAM" but not by much. Has a programming change made this happen?

software issue - please have a toggle switch to turn on/off automatic capitalization of first letter of each sentence
I lost the use of one hand. It is very difficult for me capitalize words with only one hand. It would be nice to have a settings toggle switch to automatically capitalize the first letter of each sentence.
On my laptop, there is an automatic capitalization function in the system settings, but it does not apply when using AOL Mail.

IMPROVEMENT!!!
Today, fearing I'd run into more problems, I switched to Standard AOL. WHOA!!! font size, style and colors are back! THANK YOU! Page layout (margins, center, left, right) is back! Thank you! The ability to scroll through my emails instead of pages is returned. THANK YOU! The ability to attach more than one photo at a time is restored! THANK YOU! Will now try to type captions above or below each photo and see what happens. YOU ARE LISTENING AND RESPONDING! THANK YOU!!!!
