    You also posted the following notice regarding the comment section:
    “To promote the best user experience, we close commenting after an article has been posted for three days.”

    Which means that comments on the above article shouldn’t close until 9:44 AM on March 9th.

    It’s now 10:09 on March 7th, and this is what I found in the comment section…

  8. How about one of your "help" desk people being able to get me into my AOL account! I've called two days in a row and have gotten no help!

    Bring your call center back to the U.S. for a start! Have supervisors available to speak to customers when the regular agent can do not a **** thing to help you. AOL is holding my account *******! Are you trying to go out of business????

    AOL really needs to do something about the comment section. Restructure it so a group of people can't oust anyone who doesn't agree with them. There seems to be the same group of male names that post on every article, or they are bots. I have apparently been banned for life from posting and so far no representative can tell me why. Please consider coming up with a new format. Obviously there are so many people in the same boat.Do something someone!

    THEY'RE CALLED "QUOTATION MARKS"

    THEY'RE USED TO INDICATE WORDS THAT HAVE ALREADY BEEN USED!

    I OFTEN USE THEM TO INDICATE WORDS THAT HAVE PREVIOUSLY BEEN POSTED BY OTHERS, WHICH HAVE OBVIOUSLY REMAINED ON THE BOARD FOR ME TO SEE!

    THE IRONIC THING IS THAT "THOSE" POSTS ARE ALLOWED TO REMAIN ON THE BOARD...

    WHILE "MY" POSTS... USING EXACTLY THE SAME WORDS (REMEMBER THE LITTLE "QUOTATION" THINGIES?) ARE EITHER "HELD FOR APPROVAL"... OR THEY'RE "REJECTED" OUTRIGHT!
