Email
The security measures make getting and sending from third party app very difficult . have been with AOL since the start. Now t Hi king on leaving. My outlook 2003 can't access the mail server. My windows pc has to use another pass word to access the mail. Now my android phone won't send email via aol. Ever hear the phrase if it ain't broke don't fix it. You should have followed that advice

How can you ***** up what wasnt broken...my accounts won't sync with Outlook now...no matter what my passwords are for the account. There's always a Sync Error.

I’m a gmail user and compared to that aol email is terrible
1) you need an email app solely for email. That would make it easier for technology challenged older people.
2) you need a way to mark emails as spam to help curtail and inbox (new mail) with 500 emails
3) take a hint from Gmail and have an inbox.
4) and now that there are hundreds of emails in my new mail you need a way to select all or select and mark a bunch of emails and then delete them all at once.
5) actually just clone email or the default email app included on iPhones. -

I'm not getting my important emails
Since the app updated I'm no longer receiving important emails, such as billing from my accounts and I am now in the process of switching to a Gmail account and will never use AOL again!

Delete numerous emails from one same sender with 1 click
If I have numerous messages from 1 sender over the past year. There should be an option to delete all the messages from that one sender.

Need to be able to create rules
We need to be able to create rules for emails, such as ones that identify senders or phrases, and move them to trash. I've had dozens of emails that advise that some retailer, like CVS, "has a surprise for you". Undoubtedly malicious. WHY CAN'T WE BLOCK THESE WITH RULES?
