New AOL mail
I don’t like the new email setup at old. Ponderous. Plus I used to be able to hold down Shift and choose all e-mails between the 2 selected. Now I have to select everything individually. This new email configuration will slow me down immensely… Kinda hate it. Can I get back to the old one somehow??

Volume of junk and spam
I’ve had this address for many many years I would rather pay a fee then to keep receiving thousands of junk spam emails that I must delete all the time please help

Sending/receiving mail
I can never be sure that my emails have been received. I only learn weeks later that my mail was never received. Big problem!!!!!

Get a good ITCompany. And stop trying to be cute and keep it clean and simple.
Trash can emoji disappears in and out at its will. I haven’t seen one positive reply here. Get a good IT company. I’ve been with AOL since start. It just gets worse every day.

New email —> Drafts —> Doesn’t always send
Email chains also reach a point where, upon being sent, they sit in the Drafts folder. It is only upon opening the Drafts folder, then opening the Sent folder, then opening the Drafts folder again that the email finally gets sent and can be seen in the Sent folder. This is more common with an email chain over ten emails long, but can happen at any time. Please address this!

Drafts can’t be opened/edited on the AOL Mail app.
Emails that are written and saved as drafts on the AOL app cannot be opened and edited at a later time, even minutes later. The email refuses to respond to being tapped to open, and the only option is to swipe the email to delete it. Please fix this - this has been a problem for over a year!

Email signatures
I want to create a custom email signature with an image an clickable links. There are no options to create this type of format. We are in the age of technology yet I can’t create a more intricate email signature???

Sign-In?
What is the difference between my regular email address (xxxxxxx178@aol.com) and the aim.com address? Passwords work for the former but not the latter. I am besieged by requests for aol password! Please explain. Thank you, JW

Email filter
I see instructions to setup email filters, but the Android app and online/web email do not have the menu selections to setup the filter per the instructions. It might be something I'm overlooking, but it should not be this hard to find.

whats going on?
i receive mails from people I dont know or recognize. Once, I even received a strange mail from the australian embassy (!!) in usa, with some condolences for a loss {....!!!} . What is going on? How can I create a filter for unknown senders? help!

How do I get back to old mail site????
Add a choose option to the try new email selector……you make it easy to try new but you can not go back to old…..this is wrong!!!!

There is no compose and I am unable to create new emails. I want to return to the former e-mail format ASAP. This is nearly worthless!!
Return to the former format or explain how I can return to it.

Setting to not open next message
Why is there no setting to AVOID opening the next message when one is deleted or moved? This can open messages that should NOT be opened.
