Where is the select all?
I want to delete my inbox mail but does not give me the option to select all. I do not have time to select each one individually. Seriously, no wonder hardly anyone uses aol 😒

This format is a disaster. Important emails from Drs & portals for medical treatment not being received.Change it back to old format.
Change back to old format. I'm not getting many of my new emails. Need for communication from medical portals regarding my treatment. This is a disaster.

Photos
When attempting to open photos as an attachment, I can't open or download them. I get an error message. Is it bc I'm working off a Kindle?
I just realized any PDF file does not work. My power supplier sends my bill as a PDF file. I can't open it. Now what? Most of my bills are e-bills. I don't get paper copies. This is so frustrating! Now I have to contact all my creditors, change back to paper snail mail and hope I don't incur late fees before it goes through. Any advice or ideas? -

Having trouble accessing aol mail
Since the new format, we are having a very difficult time connecting to AOL mail on our phones--we keep getting a message that it has "timed out." So we have to reload, usually between 5 or 6 times, before our New Mail appears.

Restore previous listing of files
I saved items to 1 of 2 folders labelled 'new document' and they have disappeared and I can't find the items I saved. I am a 74yr old guy without much IT knowlegde

I do not like your new email format and I'm trying to get back to the old format. I I can't add email to SPAM list.

Contacts
In contacts, my old AOL intuitively offered suggestions for the email address from my contact list after I entered 2 or 3 beginning characters. Now I have to enter the entire email address. I don't know a lot of my contacts' entire address. With the old format, I didn't need to look them up to enter them, the program did it for me. Yikes! Some of them I don't even know! Guess I have to wait until they contact me!

Opening attached photos
In the old format, I could just open an attached picture without it going into downloads. It was much quicker. Now I also have to take the extra step of deleting pics in download that I only wanted to view the one time in the email.

Forward email
Can we forward our email to a good account like yahoo? This aol format is the worst

Recent log in activity
I like to have the recent log in activity so I can log out of sessions that I am no longer using. It also helps to see suspicious log in activity on my account. Please add it back.

New mail format is terrible.
Need "Select all" function back. Need selected item count shown again. Links to "Remove Me From Mail List" DON'T WORK IN LOADED EMAIL DISPLAY".

My email keeps changing whatever address I’m using to AOL when it’s not AOL
When I use a contact on my existing list it keeps changing the email to AOL when it’s actually Gmail or Comcast very very aggravating
