    It’s very buggy and the tool bar disappears after a couple of interactions. Also, emails get put into old mail without my say so. I should be able to read an email and decide where I want it before it disappears. Seems as though there are a lot of issues and there is a slowness and delay. This is happening on my IPad on Safari. And now I have to sign in to post the comment. Aaarrrggghhh I am signed into aol!!

    I have to individually touch all 311 emails in my spam folder today to delete them.

    How come with this new format in your inbox, how come you cannot delete multiple emails at one shot like you were able to in the old format? Can you please bring back the ability to delete multiple emails in your inbox at one shot?

    PLEASE PLEASE GO BACK TO OLDER VERSION. DEFINITELY NOT USER FRIENDLY. HARD TO NAVIGATE, ADS EXTREMELY ANNOYING. I HATE HATE HATE IT. YOU DUM TWITS...IF IT AINT BROKE DONT FIX IT !!!!! PLEASE GIVE ME BACK THE ORIGINAL !!!!

    Go back to the old format! Thisbnew format is not as navigable as the old one!

    Also you gave us no warning it was coming?

    Why did you change? Please explain.

    I have been with AOL from the beginning of "dial up"
