Where is the old mail??? I had numerous things in my old mail that were very important.

    in this new format, after I read a new email, it is automatically moved by AOL to old mail. I don't want that. I want to choose what status my mail remains in.

    I have lost things that were in old mail and I clicked on “ keep as new” and they have disappeared. Some emails were about things I have ordered online and they are now gone. Not in trash!

    Yeah totally agree!! I had all kinds of important things in my old mail that are gone including tickets to a concert that was postponed until 2021. Why in the **** did you think you had to fix something not broken? Fire those responsible for this and return the format to what it was.

    I completely agree that the new format is terrible, but I do see old mail and other folders if I click on the 3 horizontal lines next to "new mail" on the upper left of the screen.

    I need my old mail back!!!!! I have old mail saved for important reasons for business, old mails from family members no longer with me. This is my mail. AOL should not be making the decision what mail is kept. PLEASE RETURN TO THE OLD FORMAT AND DELETE THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR FORMAT CHANGE!!!!

    Give me back my OLD mail setting. That box which has very IMPORTANT COMPANY saved info in it. What in the world are you people doing?? Contact me immediately as I NEED access to that mail......NOW

    I can’t see anything past 7 months in my old mail. AOL is absolutely awful between the layout and any of its functions. I have emails I need to get to from last year that are important!

    I saved some of my kids baby pictures—- I want my old mail back this is BS. Lost my kids current school stuff.... stop trying to have the newest—- new sucks if you didn’t already gather...

    There is no way to get into my Old Mail! I really need to, it's very important & there is no old mail to click on like before. This new format is terrible, the former was so easy to use! HOW DO I GET INTO MY OLD MAIL?

    I do not see my old email folder in the new email format. This is a problem. Please correct it

    I hope the old mail is still there, do we need a book of instructions to be able to find things now?
