Block sender

Email not being received
Where the **** are my new emails? Nothing comes to my in box at all. Previously all emails started going to my spam box. Since January 2021 I don’t even get emails in there!

Filters for spam
Please allow filters to spam. Just adding in an email doesn’t work. I’ve had this email 114922207@addtocartnow-nq23l.co.uk constantly changes a small part after the @ sign that adding the email to the blocked list works once. And they send upwards of 60 different emails a day with a slight change to the @addcartnow part but the 114922207 is ALWAYS there.

Seriously considering completely changing my email provider away from aol. Amount of spam is utterly ridiculous.

Archived mail folder gone on mobile
Please change your mobile menu back to the way it was to return archived mail folder! It is crazy to remove this. People put all their important emails there. You will lose a lot of customers otherwise.

New mail layout
The new mail layout is not user friendly! I can’t find a way to delete read messages. The old layout showed all my mail boxes in the left panel and messages in right panel. All options were in the header above! Was that just too simple and you had to ***** with i? Who ever came up with this BRILLIANT idea needs to go back to school and study the KISS method!

Privacy
Prevent Agencies from accessing personal employee emails. Send notifications of full name and location of person hacking into personal email accounts to the victim and owner of the account!!

Your lack of SPAM management is atrocious. It’s the reason why I don’t use AOL except legacy emails. They will soon be gone and so will AOL.
Block spam like Gmail does. AOL sgould be ashamed of yourselves.
