Can no longer block spam
AOL keeps changing. Right now there is only "Mark as Spam", which doesn't work. I keep getting the same annoying spam, despite marking them as spam hundreds of times. In the past I could actually block emails that contained certain words in the heading. I no longer have this option, so every week I get a hundred emails that read SHARK TANK SHOCKER in the heading, no matter how many times I report it as spam. WHY DO YOU KEEP DELETING MY SAVED EMAIL. WHY?
I have been a member of AOL for over 20 years. Never had a problem until now. Why in God’s name do delete my Saved Mail?? I had documents that were important to me. When Zi call AOL, I keep getting the runaround. If I don’t get assistance, I will change my email.

Filters
Create a simple filter to block all spam by filtering a specific domain ie *@.dyson.au. Make it simple make it quick.

By NOT opening mail for me ! Huge security risk
When I open an email to read then I delete, or whatever you are now automatically opening the next one. NOT cool. I changed SETTINGS to NO Preview...but still doing it. Huge security issue with Spam attachments, etc opened on by screen automatically now. Great specimen for a lawsuit should my security be breached because of you new (horrible) format settings. FIX THIS NOW!!!!!
