    I am not receiving emails on my iPhone when I was a few days ago. nothing has been changed in the settings to cause me to no longer receive them. Please advise

  2. Emails deleting but yet reappearing deleting it 3:00 to 4 times

    I am constantly deleting the same email six to seven times and it reappears in my inbox as a new email this is over and over and over occurring to where I always have unread emails reappearing in my inbox after deleting emptying trash emptying span logging out re-logging in and bam all the emails that I just deleted reappear as new this has been going on for months and it's ridiculous to the point where I'm just leaving all my emails as spam and starting new with a new email address a new account a new service simply because…

    My new inbox messages are going directly to deleted files. This topic was created several years ago but aol response is no longer available. How do I remedy this situation.

    I agree....Aol refuses to let me back in my account now that phone number changed. Unless I pay 15 dollars There should be option to enter new number

  8. My email has been hacked, and I am being stalked, please help

    Someone I thought was a friend of mine asked me for my email address, and I have been hacked and stalked by this person along with her sister, and very possibly her girlfriend and her sister's girlfriend. This is very serious as I have contacted police and I have obtained restraining orders against them. I have experienced my phone hacked, and after changing my number, they creepily find my new number and so forth.     Why is it that when I sign into my AOL account and use another email (GMAIL) thats linked to my AOL account to sign into AOL. It sends me an email saying that I'm signing into my YAHOO account in the email!? (I've NEVER in my life had a Yahoo account.) This is what the email says. The Google account (@gmail.com) was used to sign in to your Yahoo account (@aol.com). Your Google account may remain signed in even after you've signed out of your Yahoo account, so be sure to also sign out of Google if this device is…

  13. Fix this error

    Can someone tell me how to stop receiving enter credentials message every 10 minutes. As it won't accept my details as correct. When I know they are as I've logged in and out my account several times. As it's done this before but it won't stop this time and it's so annoying!

  14. Why do so many spammers have 'unsubscribe' greyed out?

    Spammers seem to be getting round the unsubscribe option. Can AOL insist they activate the opt out button?

  15. I keep getting emails I wouldn't be able to use my Verizon account unless I verify my accout by clicking a hyperlink. Is this legitimate?

    I use verizon email address through AOL. For several months now, I keep receiving messages saying I won't be able to log into my account as of that day unless I verify my account by clicking a hyperlink. Something about these emails doesn't look right. Are these emails legitimate?

  19. My Saved emails have all been moved to Trash folder!

    I just discovered that all my saved emails, that were in individual folders, are now in the Trash folder. The individual folders are all showing as empty. I checked both app and web, and the only thing I noticed, was that on the web, the Saved folder is in line with the other individual folders. On the app, some folders are in line, but others are listed under Saved. You have to click on the down arrow, to reveal them. In both cases, all the folders are now empty. My Trash folder now has almost 2,000 emails in it, that…
