  1. Never receive verification code to my number

    Cannot change phone verifications AOL deliberately blocks my ability to update my phone number by never sending verification code to my phone. After several attempts until timed out. AOL are harassers by shutting out access to important emails with notices to update verification methods.

    I am unable to set up a new .aol mailbox account on my iPhone SE.
    The page skips to a ‘clean my mailbox’ advert.

  5. Not being able to receive verification codes from any site??

    So it's been months almost a year and I've been unable to receive verification codes from multiple sites. I've tried numerous times and with different sites for different things. And everytime it requires a verification code, i am unable to receive it. I've called customer service but they said it should take 24hrs and to refresh my browser, clear the cache, I've done all of that and still nothing. I'm about to terminate my account at this point😑

  11. After over a year I finally got into my account and it’s all deleted

    I don’t know what in the world AOL was thinking within the past few years. I could not log into my AOL when I tried to login. It wanted to send a code to a phone number I did not have anymore. It then made me call tech-support that tried to charge me money to access my account. I had very important emails on there. I was trying to retrieve and nobody at AOL or their call center in India could actually help me. I just tried to login again and it gave me the option to actually add a…

  15. Getting excessive amounts of SPAM.

    I’ve had my AOL account for close to 30 years, but lately the amount of spam I’ve been getting is out of control. I spend way too much time every day trying to unsubscribe, block senders, and mark things as spam—hoping it’ll slow down—but it just keeps coming. It’s exhausting and honestly a huge waste of time.

    I even called AOL, but unless I wanted to pay them, they wouldn’t help. At this point, I’m seriously considering shutting the account down for good. Hate to do it after all these years, but enough is enough.

    Does anyone have any suggestions…

  18. Aol just deleted my emails

    Aol box popped up when I tried to open up my email to compose and it said keep your emails clean and I tried to x out of it and it just popped a message saying that it deleted $740 messages and when I went to recently deleted there was nothing showing AOL is criminal and I feel like there needs to be the FTC needs to get involved the FCC East get involved president Trump needs to get involved and there needs to be a class action lawsuit against AOL
