Screen name availability
When I joined AOL originally ages ago, I had the screen name tromboon, but due to inactivity it has been deactivated. Unfortunately I used that email address as a recovery email for accounts that I use more regularly. Now I'm having trouble accessing one of those accounts and I need my tromboon@aol.com. I tried rejoining AOL to get it back but it was not available. I emailed it to see if someone else had actually acquired it but found the mailbox does not exist. So it isn't being used but it isn't available either. Please tell me there is a way to lift the restriction so I can use it for recovery. Thank you!
