  1. Give me my account access back

    I want to access my aol account. You locked me out I can not recover it and now I can't create my old aol account because my handle exists. I've had the account for 30 years and your telling me It doesn't exist now. I couldn't update my password or anything when I was logged in without going somewhere else and I can't change my password now because it says it isn't there anymore. Give me account access. I want my email back.

    My family’s friends and business associates are always complaining that the emails I send to they are always going to their spam or bulk folder, pls what might be the reason?

    Images are blocked in my email and i have images allowed in my settings and why do i have to sign in to leave comments when im already signed in

  4. IMPROVE ENTRANCE TO SITE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

    I can never keep my aol site functionbing!!!! Been with AOL 35 years, having met Steve Chase while hosting at the Naval Academy .... Now I cannot ever get on site with going through so much redtape it sickens me, literally. CAN NEVER GET ON SITE!!!!!! WHAT GIVES????? 35 years for nothing, and lost all files, as well, several original movie scripts!!! Disgusting. Now I'm too old to change since people worldwide have my connection. Jean

    I am not receiving emails on my iPhone when I was a few days ago. nothing has been changed in the settings to cause me to no longer receive them. Please advise

  6. Give user feedback

    I’m receiving emails, even the ones I sent from different email address, I was be nice if I could find the reason why. I couldn’t find assistance on AOL, I didn’t not get any messages or warnings, I can send emails but I can’t receive any and the emails do not bounce back to the senders.
    It would be nice to inform the user if this kind of issue arises, the users may be using their email address to access other services, in case of other services sending email notifications the users will not receive them.

  7. Emails deleting but yet reappearing deleting it 3:00 to 4 times

    I am constantly deleting the same email six to seven times and it reappears in my inbox as a new email this is over and over and over occurring to where I always have unread emails reappearing in my inbox after deleting emptying trash emptying span logging out re-logging in and bam all the emails that I just deleted reappear as new this has been going on for months and it's ridiculous to the point where I'm just leaving all my emails as spam and starting new with a new email address a new account a new service simply because…

    Ich habe aktuell Probleme an meinem Computer mich anzumelden da er eine Sicherheit sprüfung aufgrund einer telefonnummer macht. Ich habe nie eine telefonnummer angegeben und wenn dann ist das eine uralte die schon längst nicht mehr existiert. Ich habe Glück dass mein Handy dieses Problem nicht hat weil sonst könnte ich meine E-Mail-Adresse nicht mehr benutzen bitte gebt mir auf dem Handy die Möglichkeit die telefonnummer zu ändern damit ich mich auf dem Computer auch wieder auf meine E-Mail-Adresse anmelden kann. Und kleiner Tipp wenn eine sicherheitsfrage auf etwas wie eine telefonnummer die sich immer wieder ändern kann basiert sollte…

  9. New mail going directly into deleted files

    My new inbox messages are going directly to deleted files. This topic was created several years ago but aol response is no longer available. How do I remedy this situation.

    I agree....Aol refuses to let me back in my account now that phone number changed. Unless I pay 15 dollars There should be option to enter new number

  12. Missbrauch meiner Daten / Email Adresse, wird von Unbefügten koordiniert, überwacht, missbraucht..

    Meine Email werden von Unbefügten Dritten koordiniert, die Enails werden nur kurz erschienen, dann verschwunden..Wenn ich online meine Enail Adresse abgeben, kommen Email nicht zu meinem Postfach!!!

    Wer koordiniert, bsw.benutzt noch meinen Email Adresse. Das ist verboten Art.179 decies StGB..

  14. Sent mail not downloaded

    None of my slightly older emails will download again to IPhone MAIL. I do not use the AOL app for email. When I need to reference a sent email they are no longer available. Why did this start happening? It had been fine the way it was. What did you do? And why don’t you make your responses to people’s questions, available for all to see and to learn from?

  15. Not seeing some email

    Not getting a newsletter I used to get. "Help"said "Check your block settings

    Make sure the option "Block All Senders Except Contacts" under "Mail Settings --> Block Senders" is unchecked. If checked, you will not receive messages from anyone not in your contacts."

    But there is not that option in settings!
