  4. text wrapping in browser

    With the most recent update to the aol mail from aol.com (using a desktop), text does not wrap. This results in words being broken up between lines and makes reading emails received/sent difficult. Please fix this.

  5. Bring back the old mail page or fix mine! No warning, you lost two years of my research, all of my bill pay links!

    I depended on there being New Mail and Old Mail. I stayed with AOL for over 30 years through thick and thin, because I want my read mail to go to the Old Mail folder. I can't stand having ALL the darn mail since the beginning of time in the Inbox! I had an Inbox set up with my research links in mail I'd sent to myself and you destroyed it. I now have 4,000 emails to archive manually. Now each mail I read takes several minutes to manually send to Archive. Also, I can't move to the next email…

  6. Please bring back the old format and the themes too!

    The old format was fine it didn't need improved. Also you omitted the many themes from the old format. I don't like the new themes. This upgrade isn't good, it's more like a downgrade. I might have to leave AOL after many decades. Please take action soon.

  7. all of a sudden AOL is loading super slow...what gives

    Why has AOL started loading so slowly. Nothing has changed on my computer or our second computer, but when we log on, it just sits there and doesn't go to the Welcome page.

  10. Search feature is useless!

    I need to be able to search and find an email I know was received. It never comes up on the search and instead I need to go through my deleted email to find it. This new email is useless and I'm testing out gmail already to just make the move over to a free service. There is no reason to pay for aol any longer.

    My account has been deleting emails from my axxount and they are not in new mail, old mail, or recentlu deleted emAILS. tHIS IS VERY HARMFUL WHEN i GET A BILL DELETED!!

  16. Contacts Issue

    Name/email address appears 3x in Contacts even if it was only saved once. Unable to delete or modify any of the contact. The name & the email address also does not appear in the suggestions when typing the 1st letter of the contact name or email address. STS Teodor advised to submit feedback to have someone look into this.

    Allow accounts (like mykecusa@netscape.net) to repost on aol.com after the account was denied the ability to post for a posting violation.
