  2. AOL has been targeting my ip address for 2 years now. I have been with AOL for 30+ years. Every comment is immediately rejected. WHY?

    STOP TARGETING MY IP ADDRESS on the comment sections - I have been with AOL for 30+ years. I am a 20 year veteran, and this treatment is wrong.

  3. not receiving messages from flexmls.com site

    I am not receiving messages from the realtor MLS site called FLEXMLS.com using my aol account but am receiving the messages through my gmail account. I have checked with all of my sources and this is an issue with AOL not chrome of safari because I am receiving from my gmail accounts

  4. No headlines with the news slideshow? And blank slides? Did you fire everyone too?

    Just fix your headlines. 30 plus years with AOL as my home page, but it doesnt HAVE to be. Also, I only read maybe10 of 50 headlines since most are junk. Just FYI.

  5. Provide Explanations when blocking individual’s comments.

    Whrn AOL blocks an individual from posting they should provide the REASONS to the person. Also, the Mobile App Sensor is Not the same as the Desktop one. Comments can be posted on one and not the other? You need to alert the AOL IT Staff because it is hurting the site.

  7. Format of email

    The problem is when I send an email, and someone responds to that email, my original email text comes back with additional lines between the paragraphs. This is annoying because when I need to respond, I have to delete rows of lines from the original email chain. Can you fix this problem. I've gone to Chatgpt to find a solution. So far the "Shift + Enter" does not work. Help.

  13. I cannot like, dislike or make comments on news items. This needs to be fixed. Also, customer servive should be able to fix this issue when

    Give the "customer service" number people the ability to fix the comments issue without going through this.

  16. "Thumbs Up" Likes in comment section

    I brought the following issue to your attention five (5) months ago and STILL nothing has been done to address the problem:

    "Used to be able to move your curser over the 'Thumbs Up' icon underneath a comment and view a list of who LIKED what you had to say. Now, that feature is no longer available. Not every so-called upgrade is a necessarily good one. Kindly change it back"

  17. Go back to a simpler login process!

    I find it highly irritating that the new format inserts news ahead of email. It's hard enough logging in. Then instead of the emails I want to access immediately, I get a bunch of news stories. When I click on email, I STILL get the news menu and have to click AGAIN to go to my actual emails. This wastes my time. IF I WANT NEWS, I'LL GO TO A NEWS SOURCE, WHICH MAY OR MAY NOT BE AOL'S.

  20. Why is the Comments Function disabled? On my Desk Top it works but not the Phone so I know it’s not a Community Riles violation!
