Your agent Rosemary needs to understand the automated message that is read before she gets on the line.
Rosemary accused me of rudely interrupting her while she read a canned speech about the benefits I would be giving up if I were to cancel my $37.99 per month subscription. I politely asked her to skip that and simply cancel. I did so because the automated message I heard before I was connected to her said that I could simply skip the message at any time by simply asking to proceed to cancel the subscription. That is exactly what I did and that is when she accused me of rudely interupting her. Unprofessional Really glad I canceled now!

chat muted for no reason
I logged on to play spades and found that I am muted. I do not talk in games other than to say "hi", "gg" (good game), "nn" (nice nil), or "npp" (nice play partner). I have played this game for over 10 years! There is no support or explanation for this offered. How do you fix this? Does anyone review muting for legitimacy? This was likely done by someone who lost a game to me. How is this fair? You need to do BETTER!

Whoever is responsible for updating aol's comments section is doing a ****** job
Just put it back the way it was. It wasn't perfect, but it was much better than it is now. I have to click on a notification about two dozen times before I get to the correct list of comments. Same with my profile. If I select one of my comments in my profile, it doesn't take me to where I'm supposed to go most of the time. It's only gotten worse over the past couple of weeks. This is the biggest programming fiasco I have ever seen, and I worked in Information Technology for 30 years.

Relocate the Report Spam button on the Inbox screen
I would like to suggest moving the Report Spam button on the bottom right of the Inbox screen to the middle of the screen. It is too easy to click Report Spam instead of Delete with the buttons so close together. Then you end up with the system putting good email addresses in as spam.

Unable to access reply to post
AOL sent me an email stating they published my reply to a post on the following article: Chappell Roan ditches agent over Epstein files: 'Change in our industry requires accountability.' However, when I attempted to view it, I was diverted to a different article. In addition, when looking at the list of my posts under my account, it also referenced that different article. I was able to look up the original one in your search engine; there were zero comments attached to it. Why is it that there's consistent flaws with your system? You fix one thing and, invariably, another…

Aol is allowing slander by the pro trump Posters and yet they say their Community Guidelines will protect people.
Mark also was just arrested for touching little kids in bad ways so I wouldn’t reply to his posts anymore as the FBI is definitely monitoring him. This is what AOL allowed to be posted.

Contacts Missing
My contact list has disappeared from my account. I have years of colleagues, family and friends I can no longer contact. Message says NO CONTACTS AVAILABLE. When I try to restore contacts, another message says, RESTORE NOT WORKING. TRY AGAIN LATER. Have called tech support twice in 3 days and had no solution.

So now you are blasting us with full page ads of cars etc and not allowing aol news to be displayed as before- sucks
I'm reading my mail and usually switch to the news- but I can't now because AOL is over-riding my page with full page car ads (tomorrow may be something else) Longtime aol have longtime aol contacts and now yahoo (the new owners) want us to PAY for ad free and also pay to fix the problems they porposely make up but it would be almost impossible for longtime aol members to be able to contact all the past contacts they've made over the years- this should be illegal. Get rid of two-step sign in.
I'm not logging in to Fort Knox. Password sign in is adequate. You asking for more data like fingerprint, cell number, etc is the exact opposite of what I want, and it doesn't solve the problem.
