1. Prevent SCAMs from showing in the banner of my email

   I keep getting phising scams in the banner bar. Most recently it has been over and over again that my cloud storage is full. You should be able to protect us from such obvious scams

2. passkey password requirement on Mac is annoying

   When signing into AOL using Passkeys on my Mac, I am prompted to enter my full Mac password instead of using Touch ID. This reduces the convenience and feels redundant, especially when the same Passkey login on iPhone/iPad uses Face ID or Touch ID smoothly.

   Please consider updating AOL’s passkey implementation to fully support biometric-only authentication where supported by the OS. This would align AOL with best-in-class login experiences.

3. Turn off multiple accounts on sign-in

   Since you will not accept direct emails, I am composing this in lieu of not being sure HOW I can send it until I get to that point of sending it. I’ve been ignoring the opening pleas for disabling your Ad blocker, but the current situation of having account names visible upon signing on has push me to the point of addressing these issues.

   One, it is not personal….I don’t want to see anyone’s ads. As far as I am concerned they are an annoyance! If “I” want, “I” will search, I don’t need them shoved down my throat every time I sign on.

   Two, In recent times, you have displayed a method of singing on using fingerprint, etc.. I’ve ignored that each time, because I would feel uncomfortable using it. Now, you have a list of account names, leaving only the password to sign in. I have 4 sub-accounts & am perfectly capable of inserting the account name & password on my own. This despite that fact that “I” am a household of ONE & the only ONE that has access to my computer, I STILL NO NOT want to have accounts so readily available. Therefore, I clicked on the Three dots on one to have it removed, then attempted to sign in using that account, mainly to see IF I had access. I was greeted with words to the affect that it wasn’t valid. It sent me in a panic until I saw the little blue words ‘sign in’. I entered the account name, then password & got in. The point being, there was NO EXPLAINATION of what would happen ‘IF’ the account was removed from that space!

   You, like HP, Microsoft, keeping changing what ‘we’ have to deal with without a word. Back in May, HP sent an update & like most others, it was accepted, EXCEPT it appeared ‘IT’ though I had Windows 11 on my PC. I had Windows 10. That update relatively shut me down as I had no control over the PC. Just because 11 is the norm, it doesn’t mean the whole world has it. After about 2 weeks I acquire a sub-reliable PC with Windows 11, just to get on board again. I still have my Windows 10 PC. Through some recovery process, I have it working, but far from what I was. This Windows 11 PC is a piece of !@#%^, but it works.

   I knew & accepted the point of having to get a new PC with Windows 11, but AGAIN I didn’t need it shoved down my throat. That is precisely WHY I hadn’t gotten one sooner, the fact that it would be a new process to learn, & would take time. By having the Windows 10 PC working, that could have been accomplished in time…..not over night in a panic!

9. Having difficulty accessing all apps on the email page (ie new mail, deleted files, spam etc). Refesh continues to run at this time.

10. Fix your links on the Manage Subscriptions page so we can actually click them - Specifically the change plan link.

    Please fix the links on your Manage Subscriptions page. The links on the right hand side of the page under Useful Links are not useful...they don't even work. I have been trying to change my plan, but I can't because it keeps sending me in a loop. Customer service wants me to call, but it would be so much easier and less time-consuming for all of us if you would just fix the links. Thanks

    I keep getting "We can’t sign you in right now. Please try again in a while". This is a regularly reoccurring problem that needs to be addressed by the dream team that created it.

    New emails is being tag as read and go straight to old mail instead of new mail and cannot send group or "CC" email to other contacts.

13. NEED BETTER WAYS FLOR EMAIL VERIFICATION

    If I have the CORRECT PASSWORD I shouldn't have to verify myself!! with that being said...TRY OFFERING MORE USER FRIENDLY WAYS such as A security question where the answer wouldn't change or time, such as "What city and state were you born in?"

19. Why do you have a box to check that says stay verified when you are required to have a verification needed everytime i go to log on? Seems .
