1. AOL NOW does NOT allow people to return to "Classic Email" interface. Can't find my Calendar which tracks important events.

   Previously - YESTERDAY - there was an option to return to "Classic AOL". No more.
   BUT NOW I cannot access my Calendar which documents in ONE PLACE Booster shots, Covid tests, Reminders, LIFE Events. Guess I am expendable AND of NO consequence.

   But BEST of ALL is that there is no way to CONTACT Upper Mgmt and the BOD to express dissatisfaction. Guess "They" are being led around/Managed by the Algorithmics who make all these changes for its - AI - own personal satisfaction.

   There used to be a Left column, a type of TOC. In included Email status - New, Old, Sent, SPAM, Previously Deleted, Contacts, Calendar, etc.

   It was up front, reviewed at a glance.

   But No More.

   It is a MESS. But it is just 0s and 1s, aka DATA. To convert is just to apply an algorithm. But some AI programmed that one away.

   The Worst has arrived.

2. Get Rid of AD AT TOP of HOMEPAGE

   The ad at the top of the AOL homepage takes up too much of the page. It is the "Windows Driver Update" ad. This ad takes up 3 1/2 inches of my computer screen vertically and the whole screen horizontally. I have always had AOL as my home page but can"t stand this ad at the top of the page any longer. As soon a I go to the AOl homepage I must move the page so I can see more of the page. To me ads at the top of a page are more annoying than those on the side of a page. I don't remember AOL having this ad or any ad at the top years ago. I like that AOL has a place on their homepage to click on to get to their mail page. If anyone reading my feedback comment knows of another page similar to AOL"s but without an ad at the top please let me know. I am looking for one.

3. The ads over take articles

   I use a laptop with Windows 10pro. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. I am reading an AOL Today article an ad pops up to cover half of the article. I cannot move the ad or close it. Therefore I CANNOT read any article past the first paragraph. That is ridiculous. Do something about this!

5. Tech Help

   I have a problem (ref, case # 21575254) in that your tech help was unable to resolve after 2 hrs of trying. It has to do with sending emails.     If you do not fix the Contact listings I will be leaving AOL ! I have specific work -related info in the Notes section that can not be edited as you allow me only the first line of the notes. I have contacts that are very hard to recover is you don't know the specific way it was initially listed. Other search capabilities should be provided, on my phone I just need to provide part of the listing and the contact can be found.
