  10. This is the 9th time I looked for COMMENTS! Where did COMMENTS go??

    I tend to read comments at a articles end to understand better how folks feel about the article, topic and issues. It is a gauge and helps my understanding focus on the ideas and opinions of other readers. This is like the 9th - 10th time I click on Comments and nothing comes up. I use AOL because I am loyal - for some 20+ years now - but, truly, every time something changes - it is not necessarily for the better. Rather, one must re-learn and spend more time doing so. Leave things alone!!

  11. New Formatt Bounces News/ Advertisements From Right to Left

    I have no ideas. Only - get used to understanding webpages - then have someone change them to have to re-learn what takes months learning from the start. Can you not enhance a webpage with new tech ideas without changing how viewers have to navigate the pages.

    There used to be more news stories on the "AOL Mail" page - which is set as my starting page on my Windows desktop. I don't see more than 4 when mail page opens - what happened???

    The new email system sucks! Took 30 minutes to find everything I needed to forward an email. In the old system I could have done in it 15 seconds. If it ain't broke, don't try to fix it.

  18. Don't disappear messages I mark as "safe."

    I'm getting (in one Filter Folder) messages with the instruction "we marked this message in your Inbox as possible spam. Click on "safe" or "confirm as spam."
    When I click on "safe," the message(s) completely disappear. They do not end up in the Spam folder.
    This is in Webmail on a computer laptop.
    Please fix this ASAP?!?!

  20. Stop labeling Fox News email pushes as possible spam. You don't do that for CNN news email pushes

    You label email from Fox news as possible SPAM even though I have them in my address boo. You don't do it for anything from CNN. It makes aol appear to be biased.

    We think this is spam. We still put this into your Inbox as the sender is in your contact list. You can mark this message as safe or remove the sender.
