  1. You continue to have the same "headlines" for days at a time

    For days or even weeks the same "news" stories are shown on the slides. Most of these are worthy of only 1 day in the news, if that. I come to AOL only because my mail is here, but if I can no longer get relevant, up to date news, I can change my mail and get everything somewhere else. I guess I am not sure what AOL is trying to be these day

  8. Replace your staff and agenda-driven content, which you call News, with real, objective journalism, gathered, written and delivered by pros.

    Presenting an actress's hair product as "news" is so cringe-worthy, it leaves me speechless. I prefer aol e-mail, but everything else you do should be blown up and re-built from scratch. Your political opinions are not wanted, appreciated, or effective. Be professional at the things your customers want, and leave the brain-washing to the (real) fake media.   14. 30 second ads in the middle of a game aren't worth playing the games.

    Make the ads 10 seconds during the game or a minute at the end. We're bombarded with ads at every turn in life. I don't need to play your games that much.

  16. New news format is good (maybe) and very, very bad. NAVIGATION is horrible.

    Navigation in new news format is horrid. Takes many clicks and much time to get back to article list. It's so bad that I now go off site to find the article which caught my eye. Interesting to have similar articles concatenated, but not worth the effort. Previous format was better. And, way, way too many ads--my browser won't show many because they are too big.

    Who thought it would be a great idea to push Casino ads every minute on Games site. How could anyone enjoy a Backgammon game with interruptions every minute with Casino ads and even more annoying elevated sound with the Casino ads. The elevated sound is enough to wake the dead. This must stop or AOL loses me for good. I am not a pawn for AOL. I understand ads but this new thing is so irritating. Why would anyone want to participate in this scam.
