    Get rid of the comments sections. It has just turned in to a hate session between Republicans and Democrats. And, so many people can't stay with the topic. I used to love it, but no more. The comments section is just causing more and more discord. It doesn't help at all.

  5. spammers using different fonts

    Spammers - or perhaps the same spammer - are using different fonts - so far all spam today has a different font - and a number of them are getting by your filters and coming into my in box. Thank you!

  6. Cut the liberal stories. Either give both sides equal time or, better yet, stay OBJECTIVE.

    I've had aol for decades. I want to keep using aol but give me a break! Just report news. I don't need your spin. Give both sides equal time or at least take your opinion out of NEWS stories. Just the facts. I don't want to get a whole new email address but I'm on the verge.

  12. Please code the articles to where comments are open or not available. Won't waste time reading the ones where comments are not available.

    Allow comments are all posts. You put out very bias stories and leave no room for comments. Please stop censoring your material. If you do not feel good about it and prevent comments, don't put the article out.

  16. Allow your users to connect for help easily.

    My mail box is not working and I am not allowed to access the emails. The message shows error without any clarity. Tried calling on the helpline, it says the number is not functional.
    AOL used to be the best platform now its becoming ******.

  18. I fail to understand your censorship policy. I never use foul words, never attack another's text, merely reply with my take on the subject.

    Let us know why you are censoring. I get a usual remark, when there is nothing I've said that's contains foul words or is insulting to anyone. A different idea, yes, but never disparaging, yet I'm censored. Oddly, this usually happens after my 3rd post. When conservatives complain, I'm at a loss. They've plenty to say and it's posted. The system is inconsistent and odd, and very capricious. Thank you.
