3. 3rd Party Mail Apps

   I have received a notice that I will no longer be able to use my Apple Mail on my desktop to check AOL. This is unacceptable, but because I am checking emails for my parents, I am unable to remove their accounts. Your junk filtering is horrible & their inboxes end up with 100-200 message of which only about 10-20 are legitimate. I continually have to mark messages as junk but they keep coming back. Also, I need to be able to keep all mail in one app because of the number of accounts that I have. Splitting them up creates multiple folders to check multiple times a day, rather than one point for all email. If you are tying to keep customers, this is not the way to do it. Most advanced users prefer to use a single app for all email, I can even use accounts from Microsoft, Google, Bellsouth (which doesn't even exist anymore), Yahoo, all but AOL. Clearly someone thought this was a good idea. They would be wrong. Have a nice day.

5. Ad on Sign In Screen

   In a follow up to my earlier complaint today about the AOL Sign In screen showing an ad for "Democrat Corruption Survey", I also submitted a formal complaint about this with your technician, Joyce, case#: 14975698. As I stated before, the ad is not even written in correct English, so my suspicion is that it is a Russian ad. Neither foreign nor domestic efforts to interfere with our election can be tolerated. YOU MUST TAKE THAT AD DOWN.

8. Complaint about Advertisement on Sign In Screen

   I am a Compuserve/AOL customer for over 30 years and have never submitted a non-technical complaint. Today is the day for that. Since yesterday, October 13, 2020, I see an add on the AOL Sign In screen that is prompting the user to fill out what is called a "Democrat Corruption Survey". How could you allow an ad like that to appear on the face of AOL? It is not even worded correctly, so I suspect it's a Russian sponsored ad. AOL, along with Facebook, Google and all other Internet companies MUST STAND UP against both foreign and domestic efforts to corrupt our election.

    Your election projection is very similar to 2016 when you projected Hillary would receive 93% of the vote. Your bias is showing once again. I think most Americans realize what will going to happen if pathetic Joe and obnoxious Harris win. China will own us, our economy will crash, our taxes will double, illegal immigrants will have more rights than citizens, jobs will go repeat the pattern of the Obama/Biden era by being shipped overseas, school choice will be abolished, the Supreme Court will be packed.
