One truly excellent service to your clients is to return the ability to "delete all" in the delete folder.
Associates of mine are ending up deleting single emails twice among as many as 300 emails a time several times a week. That is taking in account deleting each routine mail and having to do it again. Then add spam with the same identical procedure. It really adds up and very time consuming.
