  3. Stories go on and on forever

    You post a story and then you go on and on and on about nothing about the subject of the story. You can go back 40 years from the title of the story and then you write four lines about when they were born and where they went to school and on and on and have to press "Continue" again and again until maybe you will get to the topic of the post all the time fighting these annoying ads.   4. cannot see my notifications in the comments section

    My idea? Fix it. It was working somewhat until two days ago. Now when it says I have a certain number of notifications, I click on it and it tells me I have none. On top of that, even when it was working, you changed it. Previously, when you clicked on a comment notification it took you to that. Now, it just takes you to the article and not to the actual comments. I've tried different browsers, clearing my footprint, turning off my VPN. Nothing works.

  5. Technical issues within articles

    Notifications not working in the article section for several days. It doesn't seem anyone is addressing the issue. What is the point of the comment section if one cannot interact?

  6. Stop the ads covering the content in articles

    It is becoming too difficult to read any AOL articles. Too many ads cover the content, and you must read between the ads -- sometimes only a line or two between the ads.

    You have no community guidelines or any moral guidance. You merely see my name trying to post on your platform and automatically block me without even reading my post. You have been doing that for over a year. I could write Mary had a little lamb and you would block it. I suggest that anyone suffering your unjustified censorship transfer the story to Facebook which has a higher moral standard than you.

    Your AOL email is TERRIBLE. I sent something via AOL/Verizon and it takes over 15 minutes to receive. I now use Gmail which delivers in SECONDS. I wish Verizon had never partnered with your junky email.

  19. It would be nice if AOL did not take political sides, respect all of your customers. Most if not all of your articles are very one sided .

    Be fair and balanced, I am on
    AOL every day and it is extremely left leaning. Respect your customers by respecting both sides of the political arena. I love AOL but the left views are extremely dominating and most are simply not fact or true.
