How about you show all of your users the "HOW CAN WE IMPROVE AOL" comments and pleas to balance out all of this bias reporting -- lets see if you will make all of these comments a headline. If something doesn't change with AOL I will be leaving it after 25 years with them.

Technical issues within articles
Notifications not working in the article section for several days. It doesn't seem anyone is addressing the issue. What is the point of the comment section if one cannot interact?

AOL. I have been a LONG time member (first email i created and use as my primary to this day) but I think I may leave your service due to the left wing HATE you promote.

Bring back old email format. This one is unhelpful and not easily used. But fear not. AOL doesn't have to respond and I can find another provider to spend my money on.

"Generate Password Unavailable"
I use Outlook iOS for my mail and in order to do so, AOL must generate a password for me. The password is unstable as i often have to input (and generate) a new one. For the past 5 days, this option is unavailable. This has happened before and i just had to wait. I called the helpline and they do not have an explanation or a reason why this happens and only tell me to wait. Why is this happening and why is it unstable in general. This is quite frustrating. I look forward to your reply and explanation.

Please remove the articles that we have to keep clicking next page articles. I am seriously considering switching to another carrier.
Please do away with the next page articles. I refuse to waste my time on them. I am seriously considering switching to another venue because of these articles. I have been with AOL for 18 years but I am fed up with the next page practices fostered on us by AOL>

Biased News!
AOL is not only for emails, but it's for Top Stories & News. Why does it seem like it's more for Employee/Writer/Publisher opinions instead. No matter WHAT party you stand for, it should NEVER come into play for a generic news information site. You, AOL, are only posting articles that are related to bashing the President of the United States. You need to post articles that also commend him. It proves to me that the majority of employees working at AOL are Democrats and are against the President. I say this because I don't recall any negative posts about President…
