I am logged in but cannot post comments
AOL Mail shows I'm logged in. The top of the news stories say I'm logged in. But when I got to comments, it says to log in at the top of the comments. I can see that other people are commenting, but I can't comment. This has happened before, like whoever is in charge of the comments section is screwing with users, but only some users. Knock it off or fix things. And stop "fixing" things that aren't broken, because when you do that, you only make things worse, aol.

AOL is screwing up everything.
Not only have they screwed up Mail with a ridiculous new format, they have screwed up the news comments section. When selecting a notification for many of my comments, I get a pop-up message that says, "The message you are looking for is currently unavailable," and the news article that aol takes me to is the incorrect article. I don't think aol's programmers know what they are doing. I worked in IT. AOL should be ashamed of their awful products.

I've been with AOL 20+ years but this new "Ad" thing is too much. I'll be going through my 3 accounts & eventually switching a new provider

AOL undemocratic.
I have apparently been permanently banned from commenting on aol stories and don't even know why. I may have crossed the line on a few rare occasions but my comments were overwhelmingly thoughtful, well considered and polite. AOL having such a "death sentence" with no specific charges or appeals process is not just undemocratic but borderline fascistic. And I'm a paying AOL member. Shame on AOL.

spam blocker erases blocked addresses
FIX THE SPAM BLOCKER! I block spam all the time, especially the offensive stuff, but you keep emptying my blocked addresses. I had close to 50 yesterday, got a rash more spam today, blocked two of them and checked my list in spam controls, and there was only ONE address there. In other words, AOL deleted the rest. I should be able to have 1000 blocked addresses according to what you tell me, that doesn't mean you clean out my blocked address file every day for me.

Your new opening page format is horrible!
Your new opening page format is a major step backwards. The content is covered by ads that cannot be removed, and when removed leaves a white space overing the content. The link to sign onto AOL is now hidden.
Keep it simple and user friendly,

Please provide more balanced coverage of President Trump

I have a Masters degree in Journalism and have followed several U.S. elections. I am ashamed of aol.com's continually negative coverage of President Trump.
Please provide fair and balanced coverage of the President of the United States.
President Trump will win re-election regardless of aol.com's coverage.

I'm tired of all the democrat loving news. Quit with all the articles that always side with liberal democrats.
I'm officially going to get rid of AOL entirely because I'm sick of all the liberal democrat loving articles and anti republican ****. AOL,, you will eventually lose in the end... Especially when you charge $5 a month for "AOL Gold" which is no different then the old regular AOL.. You stink..
