    I responded to an article about Americans souring to Trump's handling of the virus with the following comment, 'I think the authors of this article don't have a clue what it means to be a journalist, be fair, honest or intelligent. This article is a partisan joke !' It was neither vulgar or hateful. I strongly disagreed with the authors.     Stop bashing President Trump and conservatives/non-lefties in general!. You've been feeding this **** to the masses on a regular basis far too long. And when you repeat lies often enough, many of the uninformed "Sheeple" out there will start believing them. No doubt that's been your plan all along. I've followed AOL news since its inception.   7. you are too far left politically. you need to be more center, I'm going to cancel, you are not fair.

    I've been a user from day 1... I think its time to end that, your content sucks, you are so far left you spin in circles, and this dragging through page after page to read one story with 10K pop ups is crazy... new format blows too... best of luck on your future endeavors...

  9. cannot see my notifications in the comments section

    My idea? Fix it. It was working somewhat until two days ago. Now when it says I have a certain number of notifications, I click on it and it tells me I have none. On top of that, even when it was working, you changed it. Previously, when you clicked on a comment notification it took you to that. Now, it just takes you to the article and not to the actual comments. I've tried different browsers, clearing my footprint, turning off my VPN. Nothing works.

  11. Eliminate the 2 step verification process!

    Complaint! It is completely unacceptable and ILLEGAL to attempt to prevent your users from accessing our email accounts! If you do this to me again, I will be reporting AOL to the FCC again and the Attorney General!

  15. AOL is screwing up everything.

    Not only have they screwed up Mail with a ridiculous new format, they have screwed up the news comments section. When selecting a notification for many of my comments, I get a pop-up message that says, "The message you are looking for is currently unavailable," and the news article that aol takes me to is the incorrect article. I don't think aol's programmers know what they are doing. I worked in IT. AOL should be ashamed of their awful products.

  17. I've been with AOL 20+ years but this new "Ad" thing is too much. I'll be going through my 3 accounts & eventually switching a new provider

  19. Ability to block senders without a complete email address. I have been receiving literally hundreds of spam emails from renter-info

    How can we block someone when for every email they change their address (a phony)? AOL puts the emails into spam, but there does not seem to be a way to block anything from the sender. The worst is renter-info, but others are rapidly cropping up. Best regards,
