3. Go back to the old mail system. If I have to learn something new I will use outlook like the rest of the world. I can't stand the new email.

4. This new format SUCKS! When deleting mail, I have to move my mouse too much, the colors suck, too light. AOL member for 27 years.

5. Send me back to the old AOL system, new one is not compatible to old people

   I find the new AOL system not compatible to older people. I am 93 and have had nothing but problems since you changed the system, I have been able to get BBC messages sent out. Before the change it was
   very simple. You added a item I would never use, Subscriptions. It is confusing to me.

17. PLEASE increase the blocked email addresses from a limit of 1000 to a limit of 2000

    to just delete spam emails does not stop them from resending more emails . to go through each email in spam and mark unsubscribe does no stop the emails . However in AOL Gold if I right click on the email address of the sender the pop up allows me to have the email address added to the blocked email address list . this is the only thing that works effectively . yesterday I had over 500 spam emails . I was going through and right clicking and adding the emails to the blocked email list . I have 275 more to go. Now Im being told there is an error . upon investigation I saw that the blocked email list has a limit !!! it is 1000 and I am at the limit . I do not want to mark only receive emails from my contacts and send the rest to spam . I will miss out on work emails sent to me by people who are not in my contact list. I do not want to set up a filter to send them to trash and they will be removed after 7 days. I want the spam emails to stop and with the 1000 limit you have taken away the only thing that worked to stop them. PLEASE adjust the programming to raise the limit of the blocked email addresses to 2000 or make it unlimited . PLEASE ! I make maybe 1 internet purchase a year. I constantly clear the browser settings and constantly do a disc clean . I have shut down every privacy option I can find to limit my exposure for marketing etc. My phone number is on record with vulcan 7 to not sell my info. The exposure of the spam emails is concerning and I want to have the tried and true ability to add the email addresses to the blocked email address reinstated . My AOL gold was down for a few weeks and I just had it restored yesterday. I had an emergency surgery and did not have my computer with me to attend to the spam email addresses and they escalated to over 500 in 3 weeks time . aol via my cell and firefox DOES not have the right click and can add to the blocked email address. ONLY aol Desktop gold has this feature . Please make this change and if anything you can add it as another benefit feature for aol desktop gold . The hoursI have spent on this are astronomical. Thank you for looking into this and I am anticipating that a change can take place very quickly and in turn myself and many others will have a reasonable tool to combat repetitive spam emails . the spamers already have the program that if we open the email they distribute my email address to their minions because now they have a validated email . to have the ability to not open the email and to send the address to the blocked email list protected me . Thank you
