Issues with Financial Institutions on the Mobile App
You app function is not allowing me to Move Emails from my Financial institutions to their proper Folders. I have to Log into my Desktop to move them properly for storage. not sure if this is done on purpose to try to draw Folks to a paid service or a glitch in your Mobile App. Either way, Would be something to look into and try fixing this issue.

Get decent customer service!
I've been a member since the 1980s, and service has only gotten worse. I waited 1 hr 23 min to get s.o. by phone. I also tried chat. I have a $9.99 plan. What a waste of $. There's so much more I could say but I've wasted enough time today.

Allow me to choose topics and providers for the news feed on my email page. So much of it is useless and there are too many fake news stories about consumer deals from aol or its advertising partners. I don't need "news stories" on diet, exercise, pets, sports, celebrities, or gossip.
Of the 20 stories appearing in my feed, only four or five are actual news. The rest is either fluff or ads disguised as articles. I'm intelligent. I want intelligent news. This is the reason I rarely look at what is in my feed, let alone actually reading an…4767th ranked -
Deleting Old Emails! I would do it, thus freeing up space, if I could choose in what order to view, i.e. name, date, etc.
Used to be able to do this, but I won't go through them one by one to delete. If I can click on email address title at the top and have it move to alphabetical like it used to, then I could block delete and free up a lot of space from my thousands and thousands of sitting emails.

AOL Desktop Gold
The emails from the draft folder were not showing on AOL Desktop Gold. I did a back-up, reinstalled the app again and now none of the emails are showing, instead it shows purple lines.

Establish adequate language skills standards for employees dealing with the public.
Ensure that employees dealing with AOL customers calling in for assistance are capable of adequately expressing themselves in English. I admit to wearing a hearing aid, but even my daughter, who has normal hearing, had great difficulty in determining exactly what your customer support person was saying. We both questioned whether or not he understood the situation being described to him.

Show fair coverage in the news
Please show some change by being fair in the News headlines and coverage. As it stands for how long now, nothing but positive stuff when it comes to anything about the Democratic party and nothing but negative when it comes to anything Republican. It is so obvious that I can't take anything seriously. How about letting us bypass the news altogether? Now that is a great idea!

Horrible customer service
I was told that AOL would correct the comments sections on news feed. They have NOT. They do not allow me to comment on ANY news story. But at the top of the articles on the right hand side, I can see there are any number of comments already made - why can't I access them and reply to them or post a comment of my own? AOL has gone so far downhill that I am - after 26 yrs ready to kick them to the curb.
