  4. Stop asking for money for harris! I'm offended a company I have used since 1997 would lower its standards to support the unamerican party.

    Remove all political support for harris! She does NOT represent me, my ideas, as a woman (which she cannot define), background, Christian beliefs, morals, standards, etc. She is not a good person and I'm rethink being a customer with your company. Remember, just the other day she said wealthy people will have to start paying their fair share of tax. That would be this company and its owners. Just think about that!

  6. Better training for your online agents.

    I just finished a support session with your agent, I was told my problem could not be changed (auto scroll on welcome screen of current news articles). When I went back to my computer it was working fine. My idea is better training for your agents.

  7. My comment was rejected and all I was doing was quoting a FEMA web page

    Stop using algorithms to censor comments. I was attempting to stop the spread of misinformation by quoting a page from the FEMA rumor checking website. My comments were rejected. Maybe you should have a real human read the comment before you reject it!

  8. Stop the political ads for Kamala Harris!!! It is offensive to me. I don't need my email provider to attempt to influence my politics.

    Remove the Harris begging for money ads from my email home page. It is extremely offensive to have to see that every time I look at my email. I don't appreciate AOL trying to shove its political agenda down our throats. You are fortunate that I haven't already switched email sources, but I'm on the verge of it.

  9. Provide a bit more detail for your tech agents who I have been on the phone with the last 4 days

    Being without Internet on both my cell and computer for 4 days has been a bit frustrating. The computer was fixed, but the issue on the cell has been temporarily fixed without any suggestion of when or if AOL will let me know

    I wanted to copy my saved mail and files from the AOL account. They download supposed data, but when I unzipped it, it was still raw data.

  15. Be specific as to why our comments were rejected on news articles, give us a list of what words we cant use

    I've been rejected many times, I feel there may be words and or punctuation that triggers my rejections, I've seen many comments that were way more negative than mine, and the post was excepted.
    The rules AOL has published are open to interpretation, we do not think as a unit. Spell it out for us. apparently your censers or whatever program you are using to reject do not interpret the comments with equality.
