  1. I can't get to my mail

    Lately I'm having trouble getting into my mail. It takes me multiple tries. Many times I have to close out completely and re-try. This is very inconvenient and if not fixed soon, I will switch to another service.

  4. Sign in and sign out aren't working correclty, whether it be mail or news comments. Neither is this page.

    I have had trouble both signing in and signing out. When I have signed in or out, it has taken me to aol news multiple times without signing me in or out, whichever I am attempting to do. I've had to close my browser to get signed out so I can sign in with another user name. When I went to feedback and entered the issue, I selected "sign in" near the top right of the page, and it opened up a new window and didn't show me as being signed into the original window. Your programmers are making stupid…

  5. I want the comment ban taken off my account.

    Just because I don't agree with AOL's political choice/views and have commented on it, AOL has banned me stating I violated their policies. Well AOL you violated the 1st Amendment and my right to freedom of speech. Remove the ban!

  16. You should suspend your "news" efforts and cut your price simply delivering internet service. Stop monitoring posts..you are biased.

    Stop reporting your version of the news. You are so extremely biased if you claimed the sky was blue, I'd go check it before I'd take your word for it. I need an internet connection. I don't need your bias, refusal to post my free speech post because it "violates YOUR ideas of what is acceptable", nor your blatant communist oriented view on practically every issue.
