  1. Please remove videos interrupting opening page news feed

    The various videos interrupting the news feed are infuriating. One appears after the first four items from which you cannot go back or forward until the video decides to time out. Please stop this!

  4. Your weather page is all screwed up. With all these complaints you can't figure this out?

    Get your weather page fixed. It is impossible to read the temps when they are all stacked up on each other. It is useless and has been for awhile. Yet you do nothing?

  6. why is aol canceling my account that I have has for FREE over 20 years now they want to charge me or cancel my account please have a manage

    I would like to speak to a Manager, I have been a member for over 20 years. I called and was transferred to billing them disconnected. several months for the first time s a member i had some issues with my pass word I was unable to sign in without AOL assistance, and I was told that there would be a $4.99 charge, obliviously she was working on COMMISION. i did not realize I was being charged $16.11 and $4.99 every month i canceled the charges on my account with my bank now AOL advised me that they are canceling…

  18. Allow turning off the "all-day-event" switch in the calendar.

    On the calendar, allow changing an all-day event to a timed event by turning off he "all day event" switch rather than having to delete the event and enter a new timed event. Sometimes I enter an event as "all-day" as a placeholder because I don't yet know the times, but then have to delete it and start over once I know the times.

  20. Allow use of AOL for persons that are blind, deaf, and/or dumb or without phone.

    Phones are so expensive that to afford one I would not be able to afford to pay for AOL also. Please find a way to just stem the course for using this site without the need for a phone.
