False and misleading claims? AOL is a leader in distorting and trying to malign the current administration. I would be hard pressed to recall a single positive article about Pres. Trump, the Republican party or anyone who backs them. Ridicule and spitefulness are the AOL mantra. Shame on your organization.

This is ridiculous customer service considering it's a service I'm paying for. Apparently, the AOL server sees my work domain as suspicious (even though we have had the domain name for 22+ years!), and they are blocking any Emails from the people that I work with. I was told that this could "not be corrected". How is that possible? If the server blocked it, why can't someone at AOL UN-block it??

There are numerous complaints about this company and this fake mini AC . This company takes your order and your money and never ships the items. They answer your first inquiree and then go dark. I understand this is a revenue stream for you but there must be a way to flush these types of things out. I am currently trying to cancel an order with Zero luck based on an advertizement on AOL. what is your responsibility in this matter?

Can;t save e-mails on my computer
What have you done to Save on My Computer?? Every time I try to save a message, it goes to Save on AOL only--and not in the folders I set up. On my Saved Mail list, my filing system has become totally corrupted. All the folders are re-alphabetized, but I can't use them. Fix it or stop charging me for what used to be a useful tool but is now just a shill for low-class entertainment advertising.
