"We can use the most popular feedback to make a positive change." No you are not.
Look at 99% of the feedback you are getting. You need to do something about your news media bias and what news stories you headline. This section is basically a paper shredder with a sign that says feedback on it. You obviously don't care about anyone's feeback. Otherwise you would have changed your news bias years ago. But it appears your customers wishes falls on deaf ears.

Every time I open AOL to check my junk mail( I only use this email now for junk)
Every time I open AOL to check my junk mail( I only use this email now for junk) your opening story is ALWAY negative about DJT...give it up because its waste and half people don't care! I preferred Trump Christmas message of appreciation instead of gloom and doom fear...

Justify your actions
If you censor my comments, ask me why I wrote it. I recognize the editorial prerogative, but that presumes neutrality on the part of the editor.

AOL's daily feature lead political article - SUCKs. ALWAYS negative to Trump/Admin.
AOL's political bias really stinks and is soooo evident by the daily bombardment of negative and mostly inaccurate feature articles. If I didn't have to use AOL because my ISP doesn't offer alternative, I would terminate.

AOL really doesn't want to change its biases or ways. Their asking for input on improving is so cynical.
First and only idea is to quit lying.

Stop
I do NOT or will I ever open one of your news articles. It is a constant click "Next Page". Not only is it annoying but my time is too valuable to be wasted by clicking, sometimes over 20 times. One or two pages is enough. Pages are full of advertisements. STOP

Your bias is showing
You run an article about how much President Trump is costing the taxpayers in presidential benefits post term. How about stating that ALL former presidents have these benefits. Does this author and AOL have no shame?

FACT CHECK BIDEN (Do your job)
Biden said at the D debates, he would eliminate fracking, I heard him. Now he's claiming Trump's lying about him saying that, after he claimed he never said that in Pennsylvania yesterday. Do your friggen job, AOL!

Seriously, WHY "always" the "NEXT PAGE" articles???
Here's an idea. Make it ONE article on ONE page, WITHOUT having to always go through a MILLION clicks to continue reading! I mean, seriously, why do you do that? Ad support? If so, put all the advertisers on the one page with the article. It can't be THAT hard. Put it as a moving ribbon across the top. It'll be a continuous ad with multiple advertisers and you can still stay on the same page without constantly having to WAIT to hit "next page" and possibly accidentally click on an ad that will DETER you from that product, in…

Point system in comments section
To me the point system in your comment section is silly. That having been said, at least keep the points current. I show 1 point and have for many weeks now. I ought to have over 2000, over 200 likes at 10 points a like. So either keep current or get rid of it. john

Your news is so biased, you should look at your demographics and report news based it its interests!
I am so tired of your news stories. It demonstrates a total disconnect with your members. Have you ever looked at the demographics of those who maintain AOL accounts? Have you ever thought the liberals use more gmail and not AOL? Take our feedback and adjust accordingly.
