How can we get tech support? Really has become impossible
I have been trying to access my emails all day. I have called several numbers. Either no answer, or hold on and nothing happens. I just waisted my day accomplishing nothing. How do we get help if your are not responsive

Put up numbers so people can call & talk to someone.
I called the first time, got an answer & then no one spoke back. I called again & got I am sorry, but the number you have dialed have restrictions. I called one more time and i finally got through. I was told my waiting time to talk to someone was less than 5 minutes and next thing I know I got hung up on. Your numbers that you leave for people to call do not work. Try fixing the issue by leaving the right numbers for people to call to talk to someone.

For the past two hours+ I have been unable to access my E-mail. Fix it.

Well, have someone to answer your help lines or have someone to answer the chat line.
No AOL mail service works and the 800 customer support and technical help lines ring until the time out. The live chat doesn't connect because, it says, no agent is available.

Poor Help Service
Why does all the help number say "The Number Has Calling Restrictions" meaning that thee is NO help unless you start to subscribe. All I get when accessing my mail is " An Error Occured when fetching your mail" and Try back later,well I have tried back later and later and later and it is still the same. Then calling the numbers show all have the same statement that they have calling restrictions. Either fix your help and system or tell us we need to go elsewahere for our e mail.

It appears AOL is not a fan of the current Trump administration. Your articles have an obvious bias and are NOT fair and balanced.
Either use fair and balanced journalism or loose your current paid subscription user base. Its really that simple for me. I've been a paid user using AOL for over 40 years but I'm ready to leave and drop my subscription if AOL can't be fair.

Today, 7/23, I posted a comment on your first news slide, and it concerned Trump, but my comment was about the disservice AOL has been doing, being a sort of brokerage site to post articles from all other news sites, be they left or right of center, yet how you have not been posting anything about the findings of our Dir. of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard and her findings against Hilliary Clinton and Obama and his administration concerning Russian Collusion. I have been a loyal customer w/AOL for over 35 years! (One of the only I communicate with.) I used to be able to send out every email automatically in a color of my choosing. Now, I need to color EVERY email individually. This is both tedious and time consuming. Why did AOL change this feature? PLEASE have this as an option goimg forward!

Why isn't AOL doing something about the racist comments being posted?
Removing the racist comment isnt enough, there is no incentive to stop. There need to be consequences. A warning then progressive action, leading to account termination, The hate being posted is out of control . AOL's silence is tacit approval. Leading to the assumption that AOL itself is racist.

On your Welcome page, the shorts that you show there led me to an AI **** short. That means our children can also see that come up.
You need to check out the shorts you show on your welcome page. If a person clicks on it, loads of shorts are there to see but after a bit, they turn dark web ****. You need to monitor that and keep it from being available to children.
