Mailbox not sincing
Mailbox not sincing: can't see any ermails beyond 7/18/25 going back to Jan 2024 except for a small fraction of them. With level 4 help and a work around for just the month of June 2025 by searching for them in advanced search then moving them into a new folder and then from that folder back to inbox. Now some are populating but I will wait overnight to see what comes up for June and IF (?) IT WORKS I will need to do that for every month going back at least 18 months.

My AOL is not filtering out spams. It used to be great at this. I may change to gmail as result . Please fix it!
Please put back the old algorithms to filter out spam. In the past few days, I suddenly have LOTS of spam getting through. AOL has in the past been great at filtering spam out, but no longer! Very sad.

Not an idea, I need help as soon as possible. I use to receive my mail 75 to 100 bits of mail evey day than somehow now I only receive 1 or 2 pieces of mail. Change the color PLEASE - Think about my vision
Can you please stop using the bright yellow with black. It is very distressful to my 82-year-old eyes. The blue color was restful. This logo now is jarring and hurts my eyes.

Why can I not block the email address? It’s common knowledge that unpaid tolls is a scam. This one is from Italy and BIMI verified it’s a legitimate business. A scam business email. You haven’t figured out the spam feature yourselves.

Remove malicious ads at the top of inbox
Recently, every time we sign into AOL Mail, at the top line of our inbox is invariably the same malvertising ad that claims something like “your cloud storage is almost full.” It looked legitimate, and once, before seeing the “Ad” annotation, I clicked on it, taking me to a page that I believe was infested with malware, and that also asked for login or personal information. (The domain name may have been, in part, something like ‘rootkitrodeo’.) I had to wipe my device and start fresh before I felt safe again. I can only imagine how many less-computer-literate users may…

By ACTUALLY answering the question written.
How about the computer actually answering the question asked. I asked the question, "Do people eat Leopards?" Almost all responses I received were about how many humans are attacked and eaten by leopards. That is NOT what I asked. I have this problem ALL the time. Apparently the computer does not understand written English or else it doesn't know the correct order of words and how that asks a question. Not sure what the problem is but it needs to be improved.

For $40 / month -- you could move the 'message deleted undo' dialogue somewhere else. You shove the ads in front of our faces AND collect payments to have the ads removed. You sell your email lists in the first place and faithfully deliver their spam. None of this is accidental. $40 / month should buy the best email client, but you would rather insult everyone instead. What an obscenely expensive shame!

Background color of the header home page
Please vote for this. The YELLOW in the header/banner is way too loud. I assume the color is to represent AOL Gold, but the color you are using is not gold. It's yellow. Please can we have a little quieter color? Like gold?

dont de;lete peoples mailboxes without notifying alternate email/phone recovery...had a account since like 1992, erased after no login 1 yr
had a bunch of subscriptions, some paid, and my paypal on here forever... rarely log in just to check things, think email was created in 1992, didnt log in for a year till i needed to, and poof nothing there. they had my recovery email, recovery phone, history of rarely logging in, no notifications, just erased... 'nothing online ever goes away' people say... well except rarely used AOL addresses for subscription management :(
