Hello. I'm getting used to the new email format. But I have an idea.
Is there a way you could include a number up top of the screen that tells you how many emails you have in your inbox? Not just how many UNREAD emails, but how many emails altogether in your inbox. The old version used to have that and it was very helpful. It lets me know when I should start deleting emails. Could you think about it? Thanks!

Mail isn’t working properly
Why doesn’t AOL allow you to scroll down far enough to reply to mail? It scrolls down so you can sometimes write the reply but not far enough to push Send. It’s been this way for at least a couple weeks and is annoying.

Go back to the previous format. Looking back over the previous feedback comments I think this is the general consensus. It is too busy.
This new format is terrible. Too busy, not easy to navigate. Why mess with a format that has worked for years. Give us back the previous format ASAP.

Go back to the old mail system. If I have to learn something new I will use outlook like the rest of the world. I can't stand the new email.
give us a choice. New or old email format. New email stinks. Where is my calendar? If I have to learn something new I will switch to Outlook. much better than the new one. How do I back up my old email so I can switch?

This new format SUCKS! When deleting mail, I have to move my mouse too much, the colors suck, too light. AOL member for 27 years.
Bring back what we had! Don't like the new format. Been an AOL customer for 27 years.

The only good feature of the new email format is the right screen arrow to hide an ad!
Why is the send button now at the bottom of the screen? Spacing on the new emails is distracting and wastes space.

I really don't care about leaving messages and your editorial board. What I DO care about, though, is the mail. Return it to the way it was
You changed the mail WITHOUT asking your customers if they wanted the changes. Well, maybe we didn't want this "wonderful change". Why not? BECAUSE IT SUCKS!!!! I truly don't care about your editorial board, but, when something is working well, then leave it alone. This new email is horrendous. Go back to the way it was just this past weekend.

AOL NOW does NOT allow people to return to "Classic Email" interface. Can't find my Calendar which tracks important events.
Previously - YESTERDAY - there was an option to return to "Classic AOL". No more.
BUT NOW I cannot access my Calendar which documents in ONE PLACE Booster shots, Covid tests, Reminders, LIFE Events. Guess I am expendable AND of NO consequence.But BEST of ALL is that there is no way to CONTACT Upper Mgmt and the BOD to express dissatisfaction. Guess "They" are being led around/Managed by the Algorithmics who make all these changes for its - AI - own personal satisfaction.

Give us a "heads up" when you change the software display(s)!!!!
Stop changing the software access points without giving us a "HEADS UP" as to what you are doing. As for the "new" AOL mail system -- it SUCKS!!! I speak (type) from over 32 years of IT experience --- and your failures are getting worse every time you "FIX" something in the system.
