Try not to be so Woke and limit censorship

How about AOL stop acting like the Gestapo and stop preventing free speech? That is guaranteed by the First Amendment of this country.
Allow free speech in all its glory! If you don't like it -- tough, come back at me with something that makes you feel better. Until then the First Amendment is tantamount over you.

Quick making me sign in when I change locations even though I've checked stay signed in!!!! After 30 plus years you force me to leave AOL!!! I've called several times to complain! This stupid new policy is not to protect customers but to sell us stuff. I have a house, I have an apartment - have to sign in each time I move! Can't check mail on any public internet site cause have to sign in on unsecure stie! STOP MAKING ME SIGN IN!!! I don't want to use GMAIL but will be forced to laboriously change all my emails…

The feedback on the comment section is not working. Fix it so we can report bugs to the system or remove it if it is not going to be working
The feedback underneath the comment section is not working. To report what you like, do not like, a bug or other does not work anymore. Either remove it so we do not waste time filling out something that is not going to work or fix it so we can use what appears to be a useful tool when working.

Stop the ellipses epidemic
So many of the descriptions on the home page end in .... but still have white space where you could have completed the thought. Since there are usually about 70 choices, don't be so desperate for clicks on the incomplete ones. it is annoying.

Bring back the AOL Chat Rooms
I have been with AOL for many, many years. Needless to say, I know you got a lot of flack for shutting down AOL's chat rooms and removing the messengers so all it is, is a news and email server and nothing more. However, here is an idea to make AOL extremely profitable again.
Restart the chat rooms the way it used to be, before it was closed down.
However, you could do an "AOL Premium" as well. For the premium price, depending on the level people pay for, they could get certain perks.

Responding to issues/concerns
While I know that ya'll have no idea about customer service and responding to concerns...I'll put this out there (unless, I know)..I had been in AOL jail for about a year..then about 3 weeks ago was released and commented (very nicely..learned my lesson..thank you big brother...NOW I'm back in jail for no apparent reason...WHATS UP? AGAIN, I know that NO ONE from AOL reads these comments even tho its says to help improve the "AOL Experience"..HaHa...and then in your header it says.."This forum is not monitored for any support related issues"...Thus a waste of time...but...
