Reduce offensive comments by not allowing people to hide between screen names.
People have been writing incredibly vicious, ugly things under their anonymous screen names, and I appreciate the way you have been deleting whole pages of comments recently. I am in favor of free speech, but I would like to see responsible speech. When posting a letter to the editor in a newspaper, you have to give your real name (at least it used to be that way; I haven't checked lately). I would like to see that online. People should not have the ability to anonymously post comments that they would be ashamed of being associated with by the people…

STOP SHOWING ADS WITH RODENTS! It makes me not use AOL.
I stop using AOL when large ads with rodents show up. It's gross and is an incentive NOT to use your site so it detracts from most of your advertisers.

Conversation/Comments Section
The issue is that within the "Conversation" comments section, the Notifications column isnt working properly. Even though it is showing the amount of replies or ratings my comments get, when I hit the blue icon to see them it tells me nothing is there.

Stop rejecting comments that professionally respond to your articles.
I am against keeping illegal immigrants in this country. When I respond to an article criticizing judges and politicians for wanting to allow them to stay your machine based critics reject my comments. I do not use vulgar words but only describe what many Americans would agree with and that should be allowed in the comments section.

Stop rejecting my comments on post...you've blocked me from posting or commenting which is a violation of my 1St amendment rights.
AOL is violating my 1st amendment rights by rejecting any comment or post with the lame excuse that I am not following the rules no matter the comment. Even if I state I agree or I disagree...put an emoji ...any little action or response. If this continues I will have to file a complaint with Government officials. Remember Facebook did this to some of it's members and suffered legal actions. AOL will be next.

Censorship
When I type a comment in the comment section,scrolling my arrow over my symbol shows that the comment is there,yet it does not show visible to others when I scroll thru the comments section itself. I have NOT violated any policy or have been notified of such. Why are my comments blocked/blacklisted ?.

get rid of HuffPost content. Besides, they all have had their "minds blown"!
HuffPost content is so "click baity" and poorly conceived. I would hope that AOL would offer unbiased news content to their "dozens of subscribers".

For whatever reason, my comments are instantly erased with no reason given. I do not recall ever violating the AOL rules on comments. See if this can be corrected.

Yahoo, who I have no accounts with, is using a Gmail back up for AOL mail & adding it into all files in YAHOO!! THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS
Yahoo is phishing,using my AOL contacts and recovery emails to add to their files that I HAD DOWNLOADED! My info , not given to yahoo, I have NO account with yahoo is now packed with files with my info and I CAN'T GET RID OF IT! Will have to scrub AOL,lose that email of umpteen years and consider Yahoo to be malware. Someone needs to take this serious, yahoo has gone too far. Again,I HAVE NO ACCOUNTS WITH YAHOO. if this is what AOL/YAHOO/ETC is doing now,thy will be reported and I will do a full deletion.I'm disgusted at this…
