Change your customer service answering system
I had a horrible experience. I have been kicked off my email, and your customer service system isn't working. I know you have high call volume, and I had to wait about an hour each time I called tonight. But worse, when I was referred to a higher level of technical assistance, each time I was put on hold for that, eventually I got a message asking if I wanted to participate in a survey, and then disconnected. So they should start with all the left wing radical who want to destroy everything about what makes America great. stop blocking comments with poor explanation
Seems I get blocked from posting comments regularly, sometimes with a generic "does not meat the values of the community" including one on the fires out west where I offered prayers for all those impacted.
Other times it says I've had too many comments blocked so I cannot even try to post anything. Seems after a while it becomes pointless to try and post comments, yet I see many with very nasty and bitter tone that get thru, on all sides of the various political and other spectrums.
