   It is very discouraging in this hard time for the country to open aol and have to read your one-sided and basically mean reporting on the current administration that half of the country voted for. You are not smarter than the rest of us. You are arrogant and cocky sticking to your personal views of things. For God's sake, didn't you learn in journalism school to report the facts on news stories. Put opinion in opinion pieces. What a sad deterioration of the noble news business. I used to tell my students that one of the best protections we had in this country was a free press that could ferret out evil doing, but you have gone completely off the rails. Stop belittling Trump constantly. At least do half and half--half positive along with the negative. Time to grow up and be fair.

    I was just told that my AOL mail wish is going to junk mail can not be fixed unless I pay 15$ month for technical services.

13. when you can't answer your help line because of volume--offer to call back when a tech is availale

    I am SOO tired of waiting on the phone,( with horrible so-called music) for UP TO 45 minutes.
    
    I have done this on Sept. 10, Sept. 11, and again on Sept. 12.
    I have worked with 3 techs -ONE WAIT WAS 45 MINUTES.

    I worked with two techs,-- each for TWO AND ONE/HALF HOURS!!. they seemed to fix the problem which is, no favorites or bookmarks on the tool bar.
    I sign off, and then next time I sign on--SAME DAMNABLE PROBLEM!!!!!
    One tech said I would receive a phone call from a representative. That has not happened.
    What do you suggest I do?
    How do I get the problem fixed?

    You seem to have disturbed a lot of children who are picking the flowers along the railroad track and don't know what a train looks like! Donald WAS a Democrat until they caught on to his game!! He even won some state office and refused it because it was "too much work"! He decided (or was directed) to become a Republican because HE said "Republicans will believe ANYTHING!" When there is much more negative than good to be said and witnessed about 70 yrs of a person's life, that person does not suddenly change for the better IN ANY MANNER just because they get a bigger office and title. In fact, it makes them WORSE because they have been "rewarded" for knowing how to be the "greatest" magician at a child's birthday party because children don't know what a pedophile looks or acts like!! How many of us have actually known life long sociopaths/psychopaths? How many of us have had to live with or depend on pathological liars?? I don't care how many gold coins or candy this "man" throws out to impress the impressionable, or what "party" (Rep) he wants to make "great", he WAS, is and will continue to be a political pedophile and a patriotic psychopath....he will destroy this country like he has ALWAYS done from his father's empire down to his own Russian rescued one!
