Hire people as "writers" who actually know, understand, and practice correct word usage.
Far too often, I read unbelievably BAD grammar and/or the misuse of a word or words. Brayton Riley's article on the deceased animals is a perfect example. She wrote: "The Casey Police Department is currently INVESTIGATION an incident...... The proper or correct word is "INVESTIGATING", not "Investigation. How stupid can you be???!!! And, Brayton, have you ever heard of PROOFREADING???!!!! Duh!!

I am logged in but not showing as logged in on news articles
I logged in, but I don't show as logged in on news articles, only on mail. I cannot comment on news articles because of this. Other people are able to log in and are posting. I rebooted my computer, and that did not work. Fix this now.

Your comments section is a forum for racists. They know how to avoid vulgar remarks yet their intent is blatant. There are young impressionable minds out there who might get the impression that a large r part of the world agrees with these bigots. You should get rid of the comments section

Incorrect Information on 02-12-25 AOL Article.
North Dakota
Most retirement income is subject to state income tax in North Carolina, but residents with a taxable income of $47,150 or less are exempt. If your taxable income is between $47,151 and $238,200, your tax rate. I believe North Carolina should be North Dakota.This is from the article, "How all 50 states tax retirement income: A comprehensive list for 2025 AOL Heather Petty Updated February 12, 2025 at 3:46 PM." Stop blocking my comments
My comments have been blocked for several years for unknown reasons.
