Stop the "If you're seeing this, select Next" when users are signing in
This is regarding logging into AOL. For the last week or so, when I'm signing in, I get something like, "If you're seeing this, select Next" after I've entered my email and password. It would disappear right away at first, but now I am having to select "Next." It's a stupid waste of time. It doesn't make any sense and is a bad idea. I had to select "next" twice to get into my account. Put it back the way it was. There is absolutely no reason for this to be happening except that someone at aol had another stupid…

Wonder why my posts are "failing to publish", this has been going on for a week. Also, when I look in my profile, the posts are not showing
Direct means to answer grievances for particular instances. AI learns slow and in the case of not being able to have a post published, that leaves an individual without any recourse for correction. This area is for ideas, and not specific actions that correct technical issues. The Profile should not be altered, and this should take on a legal aspect it this is tampered with.

Put up numbers so people can call & talk to someone.
I called the first time, got an answer & then no one spoke back. I called again & got I am sorry, but the number you have dialed have restrictions. I called one more time and i finally got through. I was told my waiting time to talk to someone was less than 5 minutes and next thing I know I got hung up on. Your numbers that you leave for people to call do not work. Try fixing the issue by leaving the right numbers for people to call to talk to someone.

Well, have someone to answer your help lines or have someone to answer the chat line.
No AOL mail service works and the 800 customer support and technical help lines ring until the time out. The live chat doesn't connect because, it says, no agent is available.

AOL is my main email provider. You absolutely can not have your mail servers down for any reason. You have to have backup or whatever. It's just not OK to not have access when I need it.

Why does AOL try to get married people to cheat on their spouses?
I am fed up with all the dating ads. Why do you send them to married people? Trying to get them to cheat? Plus, I have never been a lesbian and take offence at being targeted to try dating one. How about free speech
I can comment about articles with facts, reasoning and conservative values and it gets blocked by you. Others on here call me horrible things and accuse me of things and they get posted. AOL your left leaning politics is showing.
