  2. Better security

    My latest credit card received a fraud charge. I have only provided that card information to AOL. What can you do to prevent that from happening again? Is YAHOO somehow involved? Or some of the services I signed up for?

  3. Open AOL Email to Email! Not your selected political stories.

    I know it may seem shocking to AOL that we come to aol for our email and not the news you choose to feature but it’s true. That is the only reason I open aol. Imagine that!?!?
    Your political stance isn’t important and will definitely not influence my thoughts. Open to mail and IF I want to see your chosen “news” story I can click on it.

    First, without detail I can’t make improvements in the future!!! Second, you have made a subjective judgement about a comment that reflects ideas publicly expressed by people considered experts in their field. One is Mary Trump, a Clinical Psychologist.   6. Please allow VOIP phone numbers for two-factor authentication

    Currently, VOIP phone numbers cannot be added for AOL Mail account recovery or two-factor authentication. This means that if something goes wrong when porting our cell phone numbers to a new carrier, and we somehow lose the numbers, we won’t be able to use our VOIP landline to recover our email accounts.

  11. Good afternoon I want to cancel my AOL account and be done .....You can't give me any tech support for free.......and the people I called

    This is ridiculous when I can't access my AOL storage and the people you have working for you in some country I can't understand and they don't know how to help a customer......

    I am just done with AOL after 40 yrs as a member......
